Renovating any room in your home, let alone the bathroom is scary. This was a seamless experience, very professional and they followed up after the fact and offered additional assistance if required. I highly recommend this company!

I would highly recommend The Renovators to anyone looking to have work done on their home. It was nice to find a contractor that actually listened and returned phone calls. Kevin and his team started and finished on time and I found them to be trustworthy and honest. The Renovators took our unfinished basement and turned it into our vision, which included a bathroom, bar area, office, entertainment area and storage space. I found Kevin easy to talk to and deal with, he was always available to answer our questions. Since we had a positive experience with Renovators re our basement, we invited them to upgrade two bathrooms, the powder room and the flooring throughout the home. Needless to say, we are very happy with the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and pride in what they do. Their love of their work shows in the final product. The Renovators finished our basement, creating a beautiful recreation room for our family. They worked within our budget and respected our desire to gain the greatest return on our renovation investment. Kevin worked with us to adjust our initial plan and to bring our project in on budget and on time as well. The entire team was very professional and ensured that along the way we were happy with the progress including placement of partition walls, finishes and co-ordinated all inspection and permits for our project. We would gladly have the Renovators back to complete other projects in our home, and highly recommend them.

The Renovators did an excellent job renovating our unfinished basement to a beautiful living space. Great quality of work and completed on time. They are very professional and ensure that we understand what the scope of work is, what is included and when items are required. This renovation included a 3 piece basement washroom. I chose them because 5 years ago they renovated our 2 bathrooms upstairs and did an excellent job then as well. You can absolutely trust their workmanship.

Right from first contact, the pros at The Renovators were a pleasure to work with. We first contacted Lisa, who's communication was clear in her emails and was very quick to respond to us. The work completed for us turned out amazing. Jordan and his team are very skilled; they took the time to hand pick where each stone went on our fireplace, creating a stunning end product for us. The men were friendly and professional. They communicated with us throughout the whole project to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. This is our third time using The Renovators for our home renovations. For the latest renovation, The Renovators upgraded two bathrooms and expanded our daughter's room and added a closet. We could not be happier with their work. They are friendly, easy to work with and are professional. They work on schedule and provide continuous updates on the progress. They are able to accommodate requests made during the project and take the time to discuss ideas with us when needed. They always clean up at the end of the day to help minimize mess and stress of living through a renovation. The quality of their work is professional and is done properly for a polished look. Awesome work!! We are completely thrilled with the renovation of our basement bathroom...we are so happy and it's beautiful! The team is extremely professional, efficient, courteous, punctual, highly communicative, clean and neat. We have completed four jobs with The Renovators between 2017 and now, and we would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

We highly recommend the Renovators for any home renovations because they do professional work at prices well below others we were considering. Lisa is very responsive to emails and gives quick answers and helpful feedback when requested. Kevin, Jordan and the crew are professional, friendly, work efficiently, get the job done on time and clean up thoroughly when the job is done. We used them once before to renovate our basement and they did a beautiful job, completed it on time, and saved us thousands of dollars. So when we wanted to paint the master bedroom and replace the bedroom and bathroom doors, we used the Renovators again. They patched up some cracks in the walls, painted the ceiling, walls and trim in the bedroom, painted and installed 3 bedroom doors, 1 bathroom door and 1 closet door, and installed the hardware. They removed a ceiling fan and installed a new light fixture. They worked with us to find ways to get the work done well while keeping costs as low as possible, within our budget. We are very happy with their work and will use them again when needed.
