The Renovators

This is our third time using The Renovators for our home renovations. For the latest renovation, The Renovators upgraded two bathrooms and expanded our daughter's room and added a closet. We could not be happier with their work. They are friendly, easy to work with and are professional. They work on schedule and provide continuous updates on the progress. They are able to accommodate requests made during the project and take the time to discuss ideas with us when needed. They always clean up at the end of the day to help minimize mess and stress of living through a renovation. The quality of their work is professional and is done properly for a polished look. We highly recommend The Renovators and will use them for future home renovations.

Wow Wow Wow. The Renovators did an awesome basement for us. Fantastic, on time. Kevin, Jordon and Ryan was amazing, excellent communication, polite and very respectful. Awesome work!! We are completely thrilled with the renovation of our basement bathroom...we are so happy and it's beautiful! We highly recommend the Renovators for any home renovations because they do professional work at prices well below others we were considering. Lisa is very responsive to emails and gives quick answers and helpful feedback when requested. Kevin, Jordan and the crew are professional, friendly, work efficiently, get the job done on time and clean up thoroughly when the job is done. We used them once before to renovate our basement and they did a beautiful job, completed it on time, and saved us thousands of dollars. So when we wanted to paint the master bedroom and replace the bedroom and bathroom doors, we used the Renovators again. They patched up some cracks in the walls, painted the ceiling, walls and trim in the bedroom, painted and installed 3 bedroom doors, 1 bathroom door and 1 closet door, and installed the hardware. They removed a ceiling fan and installed a new light fixture. They worked with us to find ways to get the work done well while keeping costs as low as possible, within our budget. We are very happy with their work and will use them again when needed.

I have had the team complete three renovation projects at different times. Bathroom reno - complete overall of the the bathtub, shower and counter. I get lots of compliments on the new look. Then a family room reno - from studs to new drywall, drop ceiling, flooring. looks amazing. Laundry room reno - from the 80's to a brand new look. Thanks to Lisa, Kevin, Jordan and the team.

I hired The Renovators for a legal basement apartment creation. I went with them because their quote was reasonable, they had experience working with the city of Mississauga, and they are a family run business. They knew how to work with the city inspectors and organized the inspections, which all passed with little to no concerns. I ended up rehiring them for various other tasks and they refurbished my investment property almost top to bottom! They redid my upstairs bathroom with a beautiful custom niche. They added support to a sagging floor and laid new flooring. They know how to problem solve well with older homes, finding affordable solutions to existing problems.
